Teacher by nature, dedicated dad and selfless friend who lives and breathes creativity. Omar moved to the U.S. from his home country of the Bahamas when he was 21 to create a better life. His cultural background and diverse point-of-view are the backbone of Rich & Company Florida.
Omar has led various teams to see a vision and execute to that vision in the most innovative ways through his ability to create the vision of others and make it a reality. With the knowledge gained from his background in fine art, commercial art, and digital art, he has successfully driven concept development, design, and layout in all avenues of media. Those avenues include photography, media design and film. He has produced integrated communication campaigns for Dosan, Geith, Ashley homestore, Newland communities and the Florida Cancer Center just to name a few.

Born and raised in the beautiful archipelago country, The Commonwealth of The Bahamas, but having the privilege and pleasure to study and travel across many different countries and cultures, Tiffany brings a unique perspective to the design world.
